Here's how I prepare it -- Preheat oven to 350, cut squash in half lengthwise (please be careful not to cut off your hand -- spaghetti squash is VERY hard! I use a large chef's knife and I still have trouble.) Scrape out seeds and pulp from middle. Place halves cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for an hour, give or take. Holding each half in your oven-mitted hand, scrape at the insides with a fork. The squash will come out like spaghetti! Good luck! The Svelte Gourmethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01815626660888671863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7969216972378193836.post-74205460681420854682011-05-23T19:58:29.032-04:002011-05-23T19:58:29.032-04:00I am very excited to try spaghetti squash!I am very excited to try spaghetti squash!John Valentyhttp://www.naturallysavvy.com/john-valenty/profilenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7969216972378193836.post-74977972806908915442011-05-21T22:02:06.276-04:002011-05-21T22:02:06.276-04:00I think a photo of the shoes is in order. :)I think a photo of the shoes is in order. :)Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00718466401741428684noreply@blogger.com
